We read everything, and we reply. Corrections and bug reports are especially welcome — if the tool gets something wrong about Finnish invoicing, we want to know.

What we can help with

• Something on the site is factually wrong, or a calculation looks incorrect
• A language error in the Finnish or English text
• The barcode did not scan in your banking app — please tell us which bank
• A feature you need that is missing

What we cannot help with

We cannot advise on your tax situation, tell you which VAT rate applies to your particular business, or help with a dispute with a customer. For tax questions, vero.fi has a service line. For business advice, your local Uusyrityskeskus offers free guidance to entrepreneurs.

We also cannot recover an invoice you have lost. Your invoices are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing for us to look up.

Response time

Usually within a few days. Privacy requests under the GDPR are answered within 30 days, as the law requires.
